How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This will depend on the shipping or postage service you have selected and when your book is despatched.

If Priority postage has been selected then Royal Mail First Class or DHL will be used for UK delivery addresses. - this will usually take 1-2 days to arrive once advised of despatch

Blackwell's standard shipping service is Royal Mail Standard class service will be used for UK deliveries which takes 2 - 4 days from despatch.

If you require your order faster, then you should select Priority shipping for UK deliveries.

Please note that Priority or Express postage is charged per item on your order.

Shipping to Overseas destinations is only by standard shipping.

Please note that for items ordered from the New & Used Marketplace from a supplier in the UK, the terms and conditions stipulate 5-15 working days for delivery.

Also, packages are sent through the standard postal service so we are unfortunately unable to track them and delays are occasionally possible.

If the package has not arrived within 15 days of the despatch date, please let us know and we will address the matter further.

New & Used Orders from USA sellers

Please note that for items ordered from the New & Used Marketplace from a supplier in the USA, the terms and conditions stipulate 15-45 working days for delivery.

Also, packages are sent through the standard postal service so we are unfortunately unable to track them and delays are occasionally possible.

If the package has not arrived within 45 days of the despatch date, please let us know and we will address the matter further.

Special terms for New & Used Marketplace titles

• Orders shipped from the UK to a UK address, or from the US to a US address, should take no more than 15 days from the date of despatch.
• Orders shipped internationally (from the UK or from the US) may take up to 45 days from the date of despatch.
• ‘Used and new marketplace’ titles always incur an additional charge for postage and are NOT included in any free or inclusive postage.
• We are unable to accept cancellations of any ‘Used and new marketplace’ titles.
