Can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation and your order number.
If you have created an Online account you can then log in.
By selecting order summary, you will be able to see whether your order is being processed or has been despatched, as well as its estimated delivery date.
Please note: Most items sent to a UK address are sent by Royal Mail and are therefore not trackable. This applies to priority and standard orders.
Tracking is available for items sent to the USA and Spain, also some parcels may be sent to UK delivery address by courier depending on the weight or size.
