1. How do I ask my Local Shop to order a book in for me?

To use the facility to request your local shop to obtain a book for you, locate the book required on the website and click on Reserve in Store.
This will show the list of stores stocking that title.

Click on the shop at which you would like to collect the book and you will be asked for your email address, name, contact number and the number of copies required.

Click on 'Submit' and your reference will be generated - if the book is not in stock, the shop will contact you to confirm availability, also to confirm the price.  For some titles a deposit may be required.

The shop will then order the book in and contact you when it is available for collection.  You can then collect your book within the next ten days from Customer Services at the relevant store.

You can then pay in store.

3. Where do I go to collect my order?

Once the book store has received your reservation request you will be e-mailed and informed when the book is available for collection in the store.
