There may be several reasons why your transaction fails when using a Smart Card. Firstly, ensure that your Smart Card is supported by checking our Smart Card support FAQ.
However, it may also be because you do not have enough credit left on your Smart Card to cover the full cost of the transaction. You must have enough credit to pay for the full transaction in order to pay with your Smart Card.
