Why is my transaction failing with my Bursary Card?

There may be several reasons why your transaction fails when using a Bursary Card. Firstly, ensure that your Bursary Card is supported by checking our Bursary Card FAQ

However, it may also be because you do not have enough credit left on your Bursary Card to cover the full cost of the transaction. You must have enough credit to pay for the full transaction in order to pay with your Bursary Card.
