There could be number of causes for this. Firstly, make sure that your university Smart Card is supported by Blackwell’s.
If it is, the next question is whether the student has enough credit left on their Smart Card to cover the full sum of the order they are trying to complete. You must have enough credit to pay for the full transaction in order to pay with your Smart Card.
