My university has given me an eBook but I can’t see it on my Bookshelf - what should I do?

If your university has given you an eBook it may be in one of two ways.

Firstly, it may be an eBook delivered directly to your Blackwell’s Bookshelf. If you have received an email notification that your university has gifted an eBook to your Bookshelf, but you cannot find it there, please contact a member of our Support Team.

The second option is that your university has gifted you a redemption code, which must be redeemed before you can access your eBook. For more on redeeming codes, please visit our redemption code FAQ.
