Can I change my billing or delivery address on my account or on my order?

If you have placed an order with us and it has not yet been dispatched, you will need to contact Online Customer Services who will be able to change the address on the order. 

Please use the Query heading Change of Billing or Delivery Address and any requests will be actioned as soon as possible.

NB once the order has been shipped it is not possible to amend the address.
