How can I use my National Book Token online?

Once you've added the books you'd like to buy to your basket, click 'View Basket' followed by 'Checkout'. Follow the steps to enter your billing/delivery address (be sure to log in to your account if you want to track/check the status of your order after checkout). 

Scroll down to Step 4 – Payment method, and select National Book Token. Enter the number in the long box provided along with the PIN (if relevant) that's located under the scratch panel on the back of the card. Click 'Check Balance' and enter the amount you would like to be deducted from your order total. 

Should the National Book Token not cover the total amount on the order, please input your credit/debit card for the remainder.

NB We recommend that you retain the National Book Token Card until you have received the book in case of a cancellation or a refund, requiring the money to go back onto the card used.

Can I use multiple National Book Tokens in the same order?
