Why can I not Click and Collect anymore?

We regret that we have temporarily removed this option from our service. However, we have a number of helpful options still available to you.

• If the book you wish to purchase is showing as available in stock at your nearest Blackwell's, you can reserve online and pay in store when you pop in to collect.
  This can be done by clicking on the “reserve in store” option when you are on the page of the book you would like. You can then fill out your details and select the store that has the title available.
• Have your order delivered directly to your home. To do this, please add the titles to your basket and follow the prompts to fill in your billing, delivery and payment details. 
• Postage is included to the UK

Can I place an order using the shop address as the delivery address?

If the book you are purchasing does not show as available in your local Blackwell's for reservation and payment in store, we would advise to place an order for home delivery.

We do not recommend filling in a Blackwell's shop address manually for delivery - this is because we no longer offer the click and collect service for all books available on our website.

Due to this service no longer being in action, our bookshops do not have access to online order information and therefore cannot contact to notify when books arrive and are ready for collection.
