I've received a faulty book

While we do everything in our power to ensure your books arrive in excellent condition, sometimes a book may be despatched with a printing issue that is not easily picked up by our Distribution Centre staff.

In the event your book is faulty eg with insecure binding or misprinted, please contact customer service by clicking here.

Please provide the following information when contacting us;

• Order number.
• ISBN of the faulty item you have received.
• A description of the fault.
• Clear photos of the fault, as well as a clear photo of the front and back of the book.

Where possible we will replace the book if we have more copies available, alternatively, we will offer a full or partial refund depending on the extent of the problem.

Please report any faulty books to us within 72 hours of delivery where possible. We will assess the problem and send you a prepaid label if it is required to be returned to the publisher. 

NB We kindly ask that you please do not post back faulty books without contacting us first.
